Saeed Atallah Ali, leader of the al-Qassam brigades, was killed in an attack in a raid in northern Lebanon along with his wife and two young daughters. He was killed, as confirmed directly by Hamas and reported by satellite TV al-Jazeera, in a raid by an Israeli drone that hit the Palestinian refugee camp of Beddawi, in the Tripoli area, in the north of the Country of the Cedars. “We promise our people to avenge the pure blood that has been shed and to confirm that our next set of responses will be in deeds before words,” the Palestinian terror group said in a statement.
Just yesterday the al-Qassam Brigades confirmed the death of another of its commanders, Zahi Yaser Abd al-Razeq Oufi, in an Israeli attack on the city of Tulkarem, in the West Bank. The Israeli army said it killed Oufi, head of the Hamas network in Tulkarm, in an attack on Thursday. According to the IDF and Shin Bet, Zahi Yaser Abd al-Razeq Oufi was planning an imminent and massive terrorist attack. He was murdered along with seven other Hamas fighters.
