This Monday at noon, in the auditorium of the headquarters of Banco del Chubut, located in the city of Rawson, Governor Ignacio “Nacho” Torres will lead the presentation of “Casa Propia”: an important line of mortgage credits that will be destined to the purchase, construction, expansion and completion of homes, which will grant up to 200 million pesos for those who meet the award requirements.
The modality has a series of benefits and facilities to stimulate access to credit by Chubut families, and is in line with the policies promoted by the provincial government itself since the beginning of its administration.

“It is important that from the government we can generate roots and provide financial tools so that more Chubut residents can fulfill the dream of having their own roof,” said Torres, thus highlighting this important policy of access to housing that will be carried out through the Banco del Chubut.
In this sense, it should be noted that the credits will be intended for those who intend to acquire a first or second home, as long as the property in question is located in the province of Chubut.
