The disturbance, which in recent days has caused rain and winds, “is leaving Italy, but there is what we can call the aftermath”, anticipated the expert. Today there is a “tendency towards the attenuation of the phenomena in the North-East areas”. The rains will be “not particularly intense” in the North, “moderate and locally heavy” in the central areas.

Tomorrow “further attenuation” is expected, but this area with intense phenomena is also “confirmed” on the Adriatic and lower Tyrrhenian sides. In other words, expect “more thunderstorms and unstable air.” Then on Sunday “almost everything calms down”, Sottocorona assured. There will be “some isolated residual rain”, but the weather will be “stable”. As regards minimum temperatures, the meteorologist explained to La7 viewers, “they have dropped both in the North and, partly, in the Centre.
