Italy has invested over 2 billion euros in training in 2023. However, 99% of companies have not developed adequate systems capable of measuring their effectiveness. The proceedings were closed by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Labour, Claudio Durigon, who announced the arrival of the implementing decree from the Ministry of Labor which unlocks the new 700 million euro skills fund. Companies that implement internal training projects for their employees this year too will be able to obtain a non-repayable contribution of up to 60% of the value of the cost of the labor employed.
