Italy has invested over 2 billion euros in training in 2023. However, 99% of companies have not developed adequate systems capable of measuring their effectiveness. For this reason, Digit’Ed, the largest training center in Italy and one of the largest in Europe, has decided to invest in research paths that allow companies to be provided with effective measurement tools, also supported by the enormous amount of data. , derived from market leadership, with over 600,000 people trained every year and 5,000 training contents. “More and more CEOs are aware of how crucial the link between people’s skills and company performance is – declared Gianandrea De Bernardis, Chairman of Digit’. The proceedings were closed by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Labour, Claudio Durigon, who announced the arrival of the implementing decree from the Ministry of Labor which unlocks the new 700 million euro skills fund. Companies that implement internal training projects for their employees this year too will be able to obtain a non-repayable contribution of up to 60% of the value of the cost of the labor employed.
