Australian actress and comedian Rebel Wilson is officially a married lady. On Saturday, September 28, 2024, she married her partner Ramona Agruma in an intimate wedding in Sardinia, Italy. According to People magazine, the ceremony took place only in the presence of close friends and family.
The wedding took place more than two years after Wilson and Agruma publicly announced their relationship. In June 2022, Rebel shared a photo with Ramona on Instagram, where she jokingly commented on her view of love: “I thought I was looking for a Disney prince… but maybe I needed a princess all along,“ she wrote.
The couple’s relationship quickly gained momentum, and in February 2023 the women got engaged. Rebel proposed to Ramona on Valentine’s Day, right in front of Sleeping Beauty’s castle in Disneyland, California. The actress once again shared this magical moment on social networks. She posted a photo of her and Ramona kissing while Ramona shows off her engagement ring.
In November 2022, Rebel and Ramona then welcomed their daughter Royce Lillian, who was born to them by a surrogate mother. They are now raising little Royce together, and Rebel has admitted she wants another child. In August 2023, she spoke openly about her new role as a mother, admitting: “I can’t even describe the love I feel for her, it’s a beautiful miracle,”she let herself be heard.
