Dr. Zakir Naik’s meeting with Fazlur Rehman, ‘Muslim Ummah needs to forget its differences and unite’ – Pakistan

Renowned scholar Dr. Zakir Naik, after meeting Speaker National Assembly Ayaz Sadiq, has met Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman and senior journalists.

Dr. Zakir Naik while talking to senior journalists after meeting Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that the Muslim Ummah needs to forget its differences and unite.

Zakir Naik said that many times in the past I was accused of having relations with terrorist elements.

Dr. Zakir Naik said that the best time to pray is Tahajjud, the Muslims of the whole world are not united today, today’s Muslims are far from the teachings of the Quran and Sunnah.

‘Meeting Maulana Fazlur Rehman was my wish which came true today’

After the meeting with Maulana Fazlur Rehman, it was stated in the statement issued by the spokesperson of JUI that Dr. Zakir Naik was accompanied by his grandson Tariq Naik.

On the arrival of Dr. Zakir Naik, Maulana Fazlur Rahman welcomed him at his residence along with a high-level delegation.

According to the spokesman, Maulana Fazlur Rehman while appreciating the efforts of Dr. Zakir Naik said that you have brightened up our home by coming to our house, your visit will bring more blessing in your mission.

Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that the manner in which Dr. Sahib answers the questions is the defense of the Muslim Ummah, many people have been enlightened with the light of faith by his invitation, to enlighten the world with the beautiful face of the Islamic world. There is a common goal.

The JUI chief said that Dr. Zakir Naik is not a guest here but a host, it is his own house.

On this occasion, Dr. Zakir Naik said that it was my wish to meet Maulana Fazlur Rehman which was fulfilled today, some friends came to meet me yesterday but I said that I will meet Maulana Fazlur Rehman first.

Dr. Zakir Naik said that for me the most important profession was doctoring, then after reading the translation of the Holy Quran, I realized that all good professions are da’wah.

Zakir Naik said that I appreciate Maulana Fazlur Rehman’s efforts to unite the Muslim Ummah, I feel at home in Maulana Fazlur Rehman’s residence.

According to JUI spokesperson, Maulana Fazlur Rehman presented a bouquet and gave gifts to the distinguished guest, Dr. Zakir Naik gifted perfume to Maulana Fazlur Rehman and offered Maghrib prayers under the guidance of Maulana Fazlur Rehman.

Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haidari, Maulana Asad Mahmood, Maulana Amjad, Aslam Ghori, Maulana Abdul Wasi, Maulana Rashid Soomro, Maulana Misbahuddin, Noor Alam Khan, Maulana Mahmood Shah, Mufti Owais Aziz, Mufti Asjad Mehmood were also present on this occasion.

Renowned Islamic scholar Dr. Zakir Naik reached Islamabad

Speaking to the Speaker National Assembly, Dr. Zakir Naik further said that Islam is a religion of peace, love and brotherhood. He appreciated the role of Pakistan for unity among Muslims.

Dr Zakir Naik along with Speaker National Assembly also visited the House.

Later, Dr. Zakir reached Naik’s Maulana Fazlur Rehman’s residence and met him.

It should be noted that renowned Islamic scholar and preacher Dr. Zakir Naik will arrive in Karachi tomorrow, where strict security arrangements have been made for him.

In this regard, the police officials say that Dr. Zakir Naik’s security has been handed over to SSU.

Sindh Governor Kamran Tesuri, Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah and Karachi Mayor Murtaza Wahab will welcome Dr. Zakir Naik at Karachi Airport on October 2 afternoon.

Mufti Taqi Usmani and Mufti Muneebur Rehman are scheduled to meet with Dr. Zakir Naik. Apart from this, Jamiat al-Rashid head Mufti Abdul Rahim and other personalities will also meet with Dr. Zakir Naik while his meetings with senior bureaucrats of Sindh and others are scheduled.

Dr. Zakir Naik will visit important government institutions on October 4 and address a function at Mazar-e-Quaid on October 5.

Private meetings of Dr. Zakir are scheduled from October 7 to 10, after which Dr. Zakir Naik will leave Karachi for Lahore on the morning of October 11.
