A Toulouse football club brings Real Madrid for an internship

The Saint-Simon football club plays it like Zidane. From Monday October 28 to Friday November 1, the Marcel Sarcos Stadium, 10 Chemin de Liffard, will take on the air of Santiago-Bernabéu, with a special course organized in partnership with the “Real Madrid Fundacion Clinics”, the social branch of the Madrid club . Loïc Mazzoleni, head of the Saint-Simon football school, is the initiator.

He explains: “I just joined the club and I knew that I would not be able to organize an ‘in-house’ course for these holidays. I had heard about this practical formula, which works almost like a turnkey service.”

This course is open to all levels, girls or boys, from 7 to 16 years old, licensed or not. During this week, 20 hours of training are on the program, or two per day. Players will wear exclusive, top quality Real Madrid kit.
The course is based on football training worthy of professionals. Technicians trained in White House methods will supervise the training sessions. The best player will be able to win a stay in Madrid.

100 places available

To register, parents of participants will have to pay 369 euros. One hundred places are available. “We obviously hope to fill it. For the moment, we already have 24 registered, mainly club players,” says Loïc Mazzoleni. Registrations will close on October 13.

The Toulouse football club did not incur any costs to organize this course. The Saint-Simon Sports Star will even receive a percentage of the revenue depending on the number of registered participants.

“There is obviously a financial issue but it is also a way of looking after our image and saying that we are capable of organizing events and actions like this”, underlines the head of the football school .
