The design of the Cadillac Escalade IQL is different at the rear.
It was an open secret, but now, the extended version of the highly anticipated Cadillac Escalade IQ has just been seen on the roads of Michigan. THE American luxury manufacturer certainly intends to capitalize on the notoriety of the model, the most imposing of the Cadillac SUVs which has always been offered with a longer wheelbase.
Moreover, the current Cadillac Escalade with thermal engine can still be ordered in this longer form, the latter which bears the name ESV.

In this case, we’re talking about the Cadillac Escalade IQL, and like its “short” equivalent, the longer model adopts a relatively exclusive rearward design. Indeed, the C pillar is decidedly wider – like the one integrated into the silhouette of the Chevrolet Traverse – the latter which is even accompanied by this chrome strip which overlooks the two doors before descending towards the bottom of the rear window .
At the time of writing, it is not known whether the rear parking lights will be accompanied by a second illuminated unit above the beltline, as is the case for the Escalade IQ.

The new, more spacious model should arrive somewhere in 2025. The Escalade IQL will complete the Escalade range which already has a few liveries, both on the thermal side and the electric.
According to Automotive Newsthe Escalade IQL is almost as long as the V8-powered Escalade ESV.
