‘Girls’ House’: The Story of Women in a Man’s House

These are the girls who never appear in our TV dramas but you find them in every other third house.

It means today’s educated girls who are independent, who go out to work from home and who have their own individuality of life.

Scripted and directed by writer Faseeh Bari Khan, the series ‘Larkyan Wala Ghar’ is channeled on YouTube today. Junkyard is being broadcast from which the brutal colors of the brutal society are presented in a very artistic manner.

The story and the person go hand in hand. This change of color satisfies the human taste.

We have progressed through the known history of storytelling from stones, through sounds to language, and then through the age of nightly storytelling to stage, film, drama, and now web series.

The web series has given a new color to the story, which we could not do in dramas and movies, it has started to happen on the web screen in a very bold way.

Seeing truths that were once considered unhealthy to talk about has now become part of a tasteful mood because it is being presented so gracefully.

TV dramas are once again on the decline due to their length and unnecessary glamour. These web channels are beginning to fill this gap.

The name of the series ‘Girls’ House’ is very impressive. In a home where there is no man in any relationship, girls grow up differently.

They have a different psychology because on the one hand they have to manage their femininity, on the other hand they have to stand up for themselves in front of the society as a man.

The situations and problems of these girls are very different from those of girls in homes where male relationships exist.

It is a six-episode series based on such girl-issues that depicts a special female environment of girls and women.

Their job, home life, social life, marriages, and internal and external problems of daily life and the colors and moods of women related to all these areas are found here.

In some era, there was a critical and intellectual mention of women’s language in literature, then it was a matter of idioms of the women’s room and unique metaphorical language.

Similarly, if we talk about the women’s room in today’s drama, then ‘Girls’ House’ is a perfect example.

How girls sit and discuss the times with their gender, how they share their observations with their gender, how their psychology and linguistics are affected by the combination of life and profession, all this was shown in the first episode. is giving

In the story of two widows, despite their widowhood, there is a great difference in mood. How a woman dissolves inside after becoming a widow could only be described by a brutal dialogue-speaking character.

Mrs. Isar, who arranges relationships, is one such character. She takes her friend’s daughter’s relationship and says to her: ‘You have developed bitterness. I told you to get married 10 years ago.’

On the other hand, a dialogue, ‘Your mother seems very social to me.

No child wants to see his mother as a white widow. When desire or longing becomes a dialogue in what color, life speaks in the web series.

When Mrs. Isar says at one place that there is a difference of 12, 13 years between the age of a woman and a man at the time of marriage, it is as if she is telling that according to the society it should not be considered as a handicap and should be married without seeing anything.

Although life and death are not in the power of man, but observation shows that girls become widows as soon as such relationships are settled.

Husband and wife live their natural age, but because husband is 10, 15 years older, he gets separated from his wife 10, 15 years earlier.

Dialogue is bitter, salty and sweet like the vicissitudes of life. The music is very high. Background music has accompanied each scene.

How does the issue of the widowed generation affect young sons and especially young daughters?

How their inner playfulness is consumed by the uneven flow of life.

Not only the next episodes but also the next seasons will reflect these issues.

The artwork at the beginning of the play is excellent and the environment chosen for the location is a reflection of the issues, atmosphere and mood.

The uniqueness of the play forced us to contact its writer and director Faseeh Bari Khan.

We asked some questions regarding this web series and he said that he had written it as a telefilm but it was not aired on the channels for two years, so he thought of making it himself. wrote its episodes and created the series himself.

He said: ‘As a writer, I feel that sometimes the spirit of the script, the hidden things in it, the depth of it, the director doesn’t understand at all.

By ignoring it and moving on, the impact of what you have written is lost. I tried to keep that spirit alive as a director.’

‘I feel that the play I am writing has a surrounding story. We want to show what is spread around you in your society.’

He said that the female characters in the story are those you don’t find in dramas but are present in every other house, independent girls who have their own individuality of life.

‘The flavor of ordinary life, the small details and details of ordinary life, the small things of life are being missed from our drama. Big things happen now.

‘If you ask me to describe the story in one sentence, it is the story of everyday life because everyday life does not impress TV and film people.’

He said that the experience of directing and editing so far has been good while also praising the actors and his team.

All the actors were from Lahore. Everyone was very supportive. Everyone had passion. Everyone did the work with passion, so I enjoyed it a lot. If there is no passion, passion, there is no enjoyment of work.’

All we will say is ‘Girls House’ definitely shocks you once in a while. For a long time, you do not leave the world.
