Morocco rejects the European Court’s decision and affirms its territorial integrity

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Residing Abroad confirmed that the Kingdom of Morocco considers itself not at all concerned with the decision of the European Court of Justice issued today, Friday, regarding the agreements on agriculture and fishing, highlighting that the Kingdom did not participate in any stage of this procedure.

The Ministry explained, in a statement, that “Morocco is not a party to this issue, which concerns the European Union on the one hand, and Polisario supported by Algeria on the other hand.” Morocco did not participate in any of the stages of this procedure, and therefore considers itself not at all concerned with this decision.”
