Update the operating system

Update the software

Not updating the apps results in some of their features not working properly or the apps themselves not working at all, which also causes the phone to hang. So, update the apps that you use frequently or that are essential apps for your phone.

CACHE data overflow

A section in RAM stores temporary data of used apps called CACHE. If this temporary data becomes too much, certain features of various programs start to slow down. To avoid this go to phone settings storage and clear CACHE data.

Apps running in the background

Low-cost Android phones often have 2 to 3 GB of RAM, and those phones often start to hang due to heavy use of app resources. So to prevent apps that use more resources, force stop specific apps in phone settings.

Storage overflow

If you want to keep your phone healthy, don’t just keep an eye on the RAM, but also monitor the storage, because filling up the storage space can also cause the phone to hang. Delete old and unnecessary files, apps and videos, etc. if the storage space has run out or is about to run out. And yes don’t forget to delete duplicate files too.

Viruses

If the phone is hanging despite doing the things mentioned above, then the reason may be the presence of viruses in the device. Unfortunately, you cannot detect viruses by yourself, but you need a good antivirus program.
