The trial between the DRC and Rwanda against the EAC is widely commented on by the newspapers published this Wednesday in Kinshasa.

Addressing the matter, E-Journal Kinshasa indicates that the Court of Justice of the East African Community (EAC) examined on September 26, the application filed by the DRC against Rwanda on the abuses committed in its eastern part, particularly through the rebellion of M23 supported by the
Kigali regime.

Also addressing the subject, Ace Forum announced that the Deputy Minister of Justice and International Litigation, Samuel Mbemba is proud to see, for the very first time, a Congolese leader put Paul Kagame in the dock, because of his crimes
perpetrated on civilian populations in the eastern part of the country.

The great Moderator for his part indicated that this initiative is part of the international judicial front created by Félix Tshisekedi, in addition to the military and diplomatic front.

Infos 27 for his part thought that the trial between the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and Rwanda before the Court of Justice of the East African States (EAC) represents a pivotal moment for regional stability, highlighting decades of tensions marked by the destabilization orchestrated by Rwanda.
