We understand that the newspaper will publish content in written, video and podcast formats, and will run under the name Kontroll TV during the organizational period. Magyar did not wish to disclose the final name for the time being.

The founder, who previously also worked as an editor-reporter for Hír TV, said his goal was to avoid financiers’ interests appearing in the newspaper. Therefore, he approached several wealthy entrepreneurs to support the project with smaller amounts. That way, if someone tries to have a say in what should appear in the articles, you can say no without jeopardizing the operation.
