Criminals chased the driver of a Versa vehicle with bullets on Diego Valadez Avenue, one of the busiest in Culiacancapital of the Mexican state of Sinaloa which has been devastated by armed confrontations for days.
In the end, they managed to subdue him by joining the Obregon Avenue and they deprived him of his freedom
