Ida Simonsen is the new president and CEO of North America for Smcp. The manager will succeed Paul Griffin who has decided to continue his career outside the group.

Smcp’s sales in the first half of 2024 amounted to 585 million euros, down by -3.6 percent on an organic basis compared to sales in the same period of 2023 which stood at 610 million euros. Sandro and Maje reported growth in the first half of the year in all regions except China.

In the second quarter, sales stood at 298 million euros, down -2 percent on an organic basis compared to the same period in 2023, when they stood at 305 million euros.
