These fluctuations seem to have been committed to arriving almost daily after 3:30 in the afternoon. It became a constant in at least 20 states of Venezuela that there was “a downturn” minutes before or after 4 in the afternoon. A problem that even tends to repeat itself more than three times in less than twenty minutes.

This situation worries citizens, since precisely these types of fluctuations are what usually “burn out” electrical devices. The most worrying thing? The authorities do not comment about what is happening or the possible solutions to the constant failures of the electrical service.
