California is home to the tech mammoths of Silicon Valley, who are currently betting big on artificial intelligence. Yesterday, the state’s governor refused to sign a law framing this buoyant new sector.

Home to both film giants and tech champions, California has naturally been very caught up lately with issues relating to artificial intelligence.
