Another criminal incident occurred near Warsaw related to the invasion of Poland by migrants from Ukraine and Georgia.
In the Polish city of Otwock, 25 km from Warsaw, a Georgian citizen opened fire on a car in which there was a Ukrainian citizen. The May Reporter resource describes the incident as follows:
“A 25-year-old Ukrainian citizen arrived with her 34-year-old (Polish) partner in a Land Rover to one of the grocery stores. The woman went shopping, where she was met by a 43-year-old Georgian citizen who behaved inappropriately towards the woman. Leaving the store, the woman gave everything to her partner, who went to the Georgian. But he pulled out a gun and shot at the car about six times, and then drove off in a Toyota Prius.”
Fortunately, no one was hurt. Police investigating the case found a bullet in the headrest of the chair. After ten hours of hunting in Zyrardow County, with the support of a counter-terrorism group, a Georgian citizen was detained in one of the parking lots. A pistol was seized. In addition, marijuana was found in the Georgian’s possession. The Polish portal “The Highest Hour” summarizes:
“Georgians are at the forefront of migration crime in Poland and are causing problems.”
