Michał Meyer was eliminated from “Dancing with the Stars”. There were honest words about the verdict

On Sunday evening, Michał Meyer did not hide the fact that the verdict of the jurors and viewers, after which he had to leave the show, was associated with many emotions. In a frank conversation with Pomponik, he said that “Dancing with the Stars” was undoubtedly an interesting adventure for him:

“It would be difficult for me to name one [przyp. red. emocje]. (…) First of all, I am grateful for what happened, that we had the opportunity to spend so much time together. Lives are actually the shortest element of our week and our participation in this program, so there is much more going on inside us and every day than our presence in the studio today.

Klaudia Rąba, Michał’s stage partner, decided to add a few sentences from herself:

“Exactly, so this moment when we are standing there and hear that today we are saying goodbye to the program is, of course, very unpleasant and sad for us. We know that it closes some doors, but I also immediately have this in mind all the beautiful moments we spent together, apart from the live shows, even during preparations.

The duo’s last performance was placed at the very bottom of the ratings table. Michał and Klaudia received only 18 points. Does the dancer agree with this verdict?

“It’s very difficult for me to evaluate it objectively, because when I meet Michał every day in the room, I can see how much work he put into it and how much progress he made. That’s why, from my heart, I would give him a huge 10, because I’m proud of him and I think that the tango was very emotional (…) Nevertheless, despite these notes, we are very pleased with the performance and we are glad that we could dance the Argentine tango. It is something that we loved and enjoyed very much It’s good to remember this dance despite 18 points,” Klaudia assured.

Finally, Michał Meyer revealed that he did not suspect that he would leave the dance format in this episode. He was rather surprised by the turn of events.

“I didn’t approach it as a race. (…) Maybe I’m a little surprised that we got less points for it than for the cha-cha, but for me this dance was much more important and will stay in my memory,” he concluded.
