Sidley is representing Ridgeview Partners in its growth investment in IOT software and payment solutions provider PayRange. Ridgeview Partners is a growth-oriented technology private equity firm, and the investment will help PayRange leverage Ridgeview’s resources for growth in the retail industry. This is Ridgeview’s first investment since being founded earlier this year.
