Karachi: Judicial Magistrate Sharqi granted bail to YouTuber accused Yasir Shami in the case of viral viral videos of Aamir Liaquat Hussain.
In Karachi City Court, before the court of Judicial Magistrate Sharqi, the trial of Aamir Liaquat Hussain’s indecent videos went viral, the accused Dania Shah appeared in the court.
YouTuber Yasir Shami surrendered to the court after being declared an accused and filed a bail application.
The court granted bail to Yasir Shami and ordered him to submit a bond of 5 lakh rupees.
The court also ordered accused Yasir Shami to appear before FIA and record his statement.
Earlier, according to the prosecution, the court had issued an arrest warrant for the well-known YouTuber Yasir Shami for not appearing in the case.
The court ordered the accused to be arrested and produced.
Despite repeated summons by the court, the accused Yasir Shami was not appearing.
The statements of the witnesses in the case are being recorded. Dania Shah, the accused in the case, is on bail.
A case was registered against the accused in the FIA Cyber Crime Cell.
Aamir Liaquat’s ex-wife Syeda Bushra Iqbal shared a screenshot of the arrest warrant on her Instagram account and wrote that now there are charges against two people in the case.
He wrote that the first allegation is on Daniya Malik, who made obscene videos and leaked them intentionally.
Aamir Liaquat’s ex-wife claimed that YouTuber Yasir Shami got videos from Daniya Malik and played them on his channel and they went viral.
He expressed the hope that FIA will arrest Yasir Shami and produce him in court and Aamir Liaquat will get justice.
