The police have carried out investigations at the scene, and have made a seizure which they believe can be linked to the act of violence, says Andersen.
The accused man will be produced for custody in Sør-Rogaland district court on Sunday at 9 am.
– The police will request that the man be detained for four weeks, Andersen says.
