Thessaloniki: The three students who locked their classmate in the toilet are free – Reformatory measures

By decision of the prosecutor and investigator, it was decided to impose the measure of their supervision by a juvenile guardian. Criminal prosecution was brought against them for illegal detention, recording of a non-public act by electronic means, threat and violation of personal data, while they were referred to apologize to the 1st ordinary investigator of Thessaloniki.

In front of the investigator, the three accused students (two 14-year-old and one 15-year-old) seem to have accepted their actions except for the threat, while they apologized to the victim. “We did not understand the magnitude of our actions,” they reportedly apologized.
