There are moments when even comedians leave the jokes aside. The comedian Perla Danoch revealed this evening (Wednesday) her and her husband’s first pregnancy, the children’s star Manny Zuckerl (Mamatra).
In a moving video she uploaded to Instagram, she documented the difficult moments of the in vitro fertilization (IVF) process she went through, and wrote honest words about the pain, loneliness and hope.
A year of pain and hope
In the video published by Danoch, you can get a glimpse of her personal and difficult journey towards parenthood, a process that includes quite a few moments of frustration. Danoch wrote: “This is a year in which I experienced the most pain, loneliness, a sense of failure but not despair.”
In the caption next to the video, Danoch thanked her husband Manny for the endless support, her friends and the angels she met along the way, and also the Creator of the world who “wiped my tears”.
“See you tomorrow, soon, a boy runs to you and hugs you,” she finished.
