Titov gave a forecast for the match “Lokomotiv” – “Spartak”

The ex-red-white player believes in the victory of Dejan Stankovic’s team.

Former Spartak footballer Yegor Titov shared his forecast for the upcoming game of the 10th round of the RPL between Lokomotiv and the red and white. The veteran believes that the match will be open with an abundance of goals. Titov believes that Spartak will not lose to Lokomotiv.

“Second derby in a row for Spartak.” And here we must win. We unforgivably missed 3 points in the match with Dynamo, playing in the majority, and we could have lost altogether if Gladyshev had scored. Although for most of the meeting Spartak looked better and had the initiative. What we didn’t like: we created few chances, because 2 goals came out of almost nothing. And besides these episodes, there’s nothing special to remember. We need to be more specific, sharper in front of the penalty area.

Lokomotiv had a great first third of the championship. After Glushenkov and Miranchuk left, I think no one expected such agility. But how Batrakov revealed himself! Nice to see the guy. And the whole team plays very fast, modern football. Lokomotiv scores a lot, but the defense cannot be called reliable, and Lantratov this season is less reliable than before, in my opinion.
I think there will be a fairly open game here, something similar to the meeting between Spartak and Dynamo. And yet, I consider the quality of Spartak’s players to be higher, especially since Ugalde is now in great shape, there is depth in the squad. There should be a lot of goals, but I expect that Spartak will create more in the final third of the field. Lokomotiv sometimes plays too hard and allows their opponents too much. Therefore, I chose the bet “X2 and the total is more than 2.5.” I wouldn’t rule it out 2:2, but “Spartak” is quite capable of winning against the railway workers.” Titov said.

After nine rounds, Spartak has 16 points. This result allows Stankovic’s team to be in fifth position. Lokomotiv has 21 points. The railway workers are third.
