The Director General of Public Accounting and the Treasury (DGCPT), Luther Steeven Abouna Yangui, completed his mobilization and motivation tour of staff in the Estuaire province on Thursday in the town of Cocobeach.
In this locality located about a hundred kilometers from the capital, Mr. Abouna Yangui, accompanied by his collaborators, first presented his greetings to the Secretary General of the prefecture, Ghislain Ndomby Gourmenze and to the Special Delegate of the commune, Fidèle Ondo Nze .
To the agents of the Public Treasury of Cocobeach, Luther Steeven Abouna Yangui rolled out the roadmap of the Transition authorities based on participatory management, transparency and efficiency of services to users.
The first head of the Gabonese Public Treasury placed particular emphasis on improving the working conditions of agents, the modernization of services and the quality of reception reserved for citizens.
The greatest resource being people, Mr. Abouna Yangui took advantage of the circumstance to listen, understand and propose solutions to the daily difficulties of his colleagues in the accomplishment of their sovereign missions.
The Cocobeach stage closes the tour in the Estuary. This field trip will continue in other provinces of the country.
The General Directorate of Public Accounting and the Treasury’s missions are to deal with questions relating to public accounting, the execution of the budget of the State, local authorities and public establishments and the management of the treasury of the ‘State.
