US court issues summons to Indian security advisor – World

After the Southern District of New York court issued summons to India’s National Security Advisor Ajit Doval and Samant Goyal, head of India’s secret agency ‘RAW’, in connection with the conspiracy to kill pro-Khalistan Canadian Sikh leader Gurpatunat Singh Pannu. The government was on fire.

In a statement, India’s Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri said that we have already said that India has nothing to do with this conspiracy. The facts are being distorted. The case that has now been established has not changed our position.

Vikram Misri said that the group called Sikhs for Justice is illegal and has been involved in terrorism. This group was posing a threat to both the security and integrity of India.

The New York court has made the Indian government a party in this whole matter. Two Indian nationals Nikhil Gupta and Vikram Yadav have also been issued summons.

The report stated that the then RAW chief Samant Goyal had approved the assassination plot.

The Modi government had dismissed the Washington Post report as baseless. He said that no agent of India was part of this assassination plot. Gurpatwant Singh Pannu has Canadian as well as American citizenship.
