He said that ‘Sara Zamana’, a popular song from his film Yaarana, was shot at night at the Netaji Subhash Chandra Stadium in Kolkata, as in those days a large number of fans gathered for daytime shoots.
Technology was not that advanced in those days. So while talking about the iconic outfit electric jacket in the shoot, he said that the lights of the jacket were being controlled by a wire connected to the electricity and he wrapped his body with a whole string of lights and the wire behind them. It was installed in the switchboard.
