In an exclusive conversation with private TV, Tehreek-e-Insaaf leader Barrister Mohammad Ali Saif said that PTI social media team was falsely accused of paying from the public treasury and the accusers did not even try to find out the facts.

Barrister Saif said that Tehreek-e-Insaf is ready for all kinds of investigations on this issue, social media influencers in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa were not working for Tehreek-e-Insaf but for the government of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa.

He said that the influencers used to advertise the good performance of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government on social media, these social media influencers were recruited after fulfilling the government rules and regulations and advertisement. The social media influencers were professional youths and had nothing to do with PTI. Opponents should investigate the project from FIA or other institutions instead of political rhetoric.

Yerster Saif said that youths got employment opportunities through the said scheme, while the case of these social media influencers is also being heard in Peshawar High Court.

He said that till now there is no evidence that these influencers have run any anti-state campaign, the leader of PTI parliamentarian Mahmood Khan was the chief minister at that time, it would be better if he gave an answer to the social media influencers project.

It should be noted that yesterday the spokesperson of the Stability Pakistan Party and former PTI leader Firdous Ashiq Awan in his press conference made serious allegations against the PTI and said that the social media of the youth was used to defame the intelligence agencies.
