The artist of the Hungarian Company of the Szabadka Folk Theater was 48 years old.
Mónika Pesitz, an actor of the Szabadka Folk Theater’s Hungarian Company, died at the age of forty-eight after a long and serious illness. The news of her death was shared by her husband, Árpád Csernik on his Facebook page.
Mónika Pesitz was born in Óbecs in Vojvodina and grew up in Péterrév. He graduated from the Academy of Drama in Novi Sad, then signed a contract with the Hungarian Company of the Folk Theater in Szatka. His acting talent has been awarded several times, most recently in 2018 he was honored with the Pataki Ring Award, writes the Pannon RTV.
