Kaili Saarkopli-Kõre, representative of Morobell OÜ, submitted the proposal the day after the end of the public exhibition, i.e. 21.08.2024.
Since this proposal has been submitted to the Haapsalu City Government after the end of the public display of the detailed plan of the property at Aida tn 6, the city government does not treat the given proposal in the detailed planning procedure as a proposal submitted during the public display of the detailed plan.
Kaili Saarkopli-Kõre, the representative of Morobell OÜ, pointed out in her letter that the letter of 17.04.2024 from Morobell OÜ is missing from the detailed planning cooperation documentation. As a result, the developer of the detailed plan of the property at Aida tn 6 supplemented the given detailed plan and added a letter dated 17.04.2024 to the detailed plan documents, reflected the coordination and cooperation in the summary table and added answers to all the views presented in the letter. The basic solution of the detailed plan was not changed.
The Haapsalu City Government continues the detailed planning procedure in accordance with the Planning Act and submits the detailed plan to the city government meeting for establishment.
