How did the robbery happen?
Four robbers, wearing white overalls and surgical masks, managed with careful and obviously premeditated movements to commit the cinematic robbery in a money exchange near the port of Lavrio and to extract a mammoth sum which, according to the employees of the money transfer company, “reaches” 1 million euros. .

According to information, the perpetrators initially approached the back of the money delivery car with their vehicle and burst the tires with a sharp object, while also throwing paint.

They then threatened the driver with a Kalashnikov and placed an object that looked like an explosive device on the windshield of the car.

The clerk opened the door of the vehicle causing the robbers to snatch 15 bags of money and smoke.

Manhunt for the perpetrators and TEM at the scene
At this time, a manhunt is underway to locate the four perpetrators, while the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Department of the Hellenic Police is heading to the scene to check the device they left on the windshield.
