The new single will be released on Friday 27 September on all digital platforms Heartman“Be a man“, in collaboration with Rotten World.
The song comes after the rapper’s success with his single “New experiences“, released in April 2023, which went viral on TikTokalso being used by the profiles of Serie A football teams.
Another piece by the artist that has become popular on social media is “New Year’s Eve without lights“, released in November last year.
In the new single, “Be a man“, Heartman talks about his personal growth, addressing the theme of male vulnerability and gender expectations. Manhood represented as a cage that suffocates emotions, forcing man to always appear strong, with his “chest out”.
Collaboration with Rotten World sees a song take shape that goes from R&B to rap and pop, with deep and direct verses, true and raw, with a unique sound curated by the productions of Yazee.
Heartman invites us to break down stereotypes of virility, to change the vision of society in which strength only means denial of emotions. In his songs he talks about the realities that surround him, made up of misery, complicated roads and broken hearts, but also of joy and lightheartedness.
