Bangladesh’s legendary all-rounder bids farewell to Test and T20 cricket – Sports

Bangladesh cricket team’s famous all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan has announced his retirement from Test and T20 internationals.

In a press conference in Kanpur before the second Test match against India, Shakib Al Hasan announced his retirement from the 2nd format of international cricket.

Shakib Al Hasan said that he wants to play the last match against South Africa at home ground, if the cricket board does not allow to play the farewell test match in Bangladesh, then the test match against India will be the last test match of my career.

The Bangladeshi all-rounder said that I have expressed my desire to play my last Test match in Mirpur to the Bangladesh Cricket Board, in this regard the board agreed with me.

He added that the cricket board is trying to arrange everything so that I can go to Bangladesh, if it doesn’t happen then the match against India in Kanpur will be my last match in Test cricket.
