MEF pays compensation to another group of victims of the dictatorship

Asunción, IP Agency.- This Friday, the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) makes the payment of compensation to the fifth group of the 2024 calendar of victims of the dictatorship, in accordance with what was established by MEF Resolution No. 223/2024.

On this occasion, the Resource Transfer Request (STR) was processed to compensate a total of 43 beneficiaries that include direct victims, children and heirs of victims. You can access the list HERE.

Payments are made through the Banking Network of the National Development Bank (BNF). This, in accordance with the provisions of article 502 of “Annex A” of Decree No. 1092/2024 “Guide to Standards and Processes of the PGN 2024” and the credits approved by Law No. 7228/2023.

Beneficiaries must appear in person at the BNF Branch in the city of Lambaré, located on Avda. Cacique Lambaré c/Juana de Lara, and present their current Civil Identity Card, in order to withdraw the corresponding debit card.

If you have active BNF debit cards, with accounts enabled by the Ministry of Economy and Finance, you do not need to appear before the bank. The amount will be credited directly to those accounts.
