General evaluation report and multi-year action plan
Associations must provide, June 30 at the latesta general evaluation report and multi-year action plan (RGE): in the final year for fixed-term recognition (RDD) and in the penultimate year of the indefinite-term recognition cycle (RDI).

NB: The EXCEL version of the summary tables can be used optionally. The WORD version of the tables is also integrated into the RGE form. You are of course free to produce the reports before this date, as soon as you have prepared them. The Continuing Education Service (SEP) strongly encourages you not to wait until the deadline and to submit these reports during the second quarter, which will allow for a better distribution of administrative processing costs.
Sending documents
In addition to sending the electronic version by email exclusively to education.permanente(at)cfwb.be, the “paper” format remains mandatory. For each request, 3 “paper” copies are required (including annexes and publications).
