Open letter to the Governor regarding the Antheringer Au

Dear Governor,

Last week, ORF 2 reported on the special session of the state parliament regarding the purchase of the Antheringer Au.

In my view, you, as governor, stood at the lectern, furious, and compared taxes with the purchase price. For me, this comparison confirmed that you and all your party colleagues and coalition partners have lost touch with reality.

How can you compare the price of a meatloaf sandwich for around three euros with a purchase price of around 36 million euros, the details of which are not known to the people, nor the amount? Whether it is the sausage sandwich scandal of your party colleague, the comment on the Chancellor’s cheap meal at McDonald’s or now the tax comparison for the purchase of land, you have lost touch with the lives of the working people.

Show your attitude, think of the saying of your esteemed and word-keeping father: “Take care of my Salzburg”.
