Booking of corona vaccine, Ministry of Health has also released registration forms for procurement

The Ministry of Health of Kuwait has released the registration form for pre-booking of Corona vaccine.

The Ministry of Health has shared a link on its website aimed at advance booking of citizens and expatriates who wish to get the Corona vaccine.

Sources in the Ministry of Health confirmed that all persons residing in Kuwait can register, as soon as the vaccine is available, citizens will be divided into groups and priorities will be determined as to who will be given the vaccine in the first phase.

If the registered citizen or foreigner receives a message on his mobile after filling the form, it will mean that his application has been rejected.

The Ministry of Health has clarified that the application of pregnant women, children under eighteen years of age, people suffering from allergies due to medicines, people suffering from infectious diseases will not be accepted.

Also, the application of a person who has received any vaccine during the last thirty days will also be rejected.

In the form issued by the Ministry of Health, the applicant has to provide name, address, phone number, passport and civil number. After vaccination, a certificate will also be issued to him so that he can travel abroad.

On the other hand, the Ministry of Health has established safety centers in several areas of Kuwait to supply the vaccine.

The applicant who fills the form will be told the name of the hospital, day and time so that he can visit the concerned hospital at the appointed time to get the vaccine.
