SAN FRANCISCO – (BUSINESS WIRE) –Micropsi Industriesa leading provider of AI software for industrial robots, today announced its transformation into a US company based in San Francisco, California. This strategic realignment of the previously German company is in line with its growth objectives and allows the company to be closer to its North American customers and provide a more robust infrastructure to support the regional market.

Strategic change: Artificial intelligence to exploit upheavals in the US manufacturing industry

Effective immediately, Micropsi Industries, Inc., located at 300 Brannan St. Suite #101, San Francisco, CA 94107, will become the parent company. The German company, now a subsidiary based in Berlin, will continue to focus on research and development, product innovation, and activities in the European market. Both locations have driven the company’s success and will continue to be critical to its future growth. In addition, the company will soon open a new location in the Boston, Massachusetts area to further expand its presence.

This corporate transition follows the strategic appointment of experienced B2B software leader Gary Jackson as CEO in December 2023. With decades of executive leadership experience, Jackson will lead the company’s business strategy to drive global growth and expansion.

– A message from our partner –

“The U.S. manufacturing sector is growing and rapidly adopting new technologies. AI-based solutions are becoming increasingly important to address labor shortages as manufacturing moves back to the U.S.,” said Gary Jackson. “As we expand our presence in the U.S., we are excited to create a stronger base that will allow us to better reach and serve the market.
