‘Oye Muti:’ An attempt to create a society

‘You live your life with a small mind and a fat wife.’

Obesity or body shaming is a topic that is now being discussed in different forms, explaining that a woman’s fatness does not negate all her virtues and her self-esteem. is hurt by

This is the second season of the drama series ‘Oy Moti’, which is airing on Express TV.

Each story is about a girl who has to listen to jokes in soft warm tones from her family and neighbors for being more healthy.

Sometimes those hearts become tolerant and sometimes they become courageous.

Like the first season, this season too, the dramas are ending on a positive note, leaving a message that accepting what is as it is is the real relationship and character. Accepting it by changing it and making it like others is a matter of distorting its essence.

It is possible that a woman’s body is the same, it is possible that she got sick after marriage, it is possible that she has an incurable disease, so it is a small effort to create a clean language and society from body shaming.

The first episode is based on obesity issues before marriage. In it, Zafar doesn’t like his cousin Saima because she has a slightly elongated body. He likes his office boss who is very thin.

His friend tries to explain that he is thinking wrong but he doesn’t understand. Finally, his mother manages to get him married to her sister’s daughter, and he dreams on his honeymoon that he is married to his boss, who makes him do all the housework after marriage. After getting it done, she also forces me to do office work.

Just one dream changes his life and he comes to appreciate his cousin.

The drama is written in light humor but looks good. The author of each story is different, so the point of view of each play is different.

A single author is never better if the series has only one subject. Different authors bring rainbows.

In the second episode, there is a story of a family, husband, wife, two children. In which the girl becomes fat after marriage.

Her husband scoffs at the conversation, but her teenage son realizes that his mother is being abused.

He tries to explain to his father and sister that his words hurt his mother but they do not understand. Both father and daughter are embarrassed to introduce her as a relation in the society because she is more healthy.

The daughter once got confused with the mother because she bought the same clothes for her and the daughter and appeared in front of her friends wearing them. The husband also agreed that he should not have done so.

The husband is not ready to take her to any party. Her son discovers his mother’s talent for cooking great food. He creates Mom’s YouTube channel which becomes a hit. He starts being called on TV shows.

Thus, she is now able to carve out her own identity as a cooking expert, which also restores her self-confidence and makes her a source of pride for those very relations that once considered her a source of shame.

The first season was very popular. Now let’s see how the second season will be.

Hopefully it will take off like the first season because it’s going to be a good social issue. This is due to the lack of zero size models. Previously, size zero women were considered unhealthy. When malnutrition has become fashionable, the color of thinking has changed more.

Be it a man or a woman, there comes a time when appearances start to give way. Both men and women undergo physical changes after marriage and after having special children. It is realism to accept this change which, by protecting us from a psychotic disorder, prevents others from becoming psychotic as well.

But at the same time it should convey the message that some causes are self-inflicted which we have to fight ourselves otherwise it is basically an unhealthy symptom.

Oh fat, oh fat / There is no one like you

Simply this theme song is one liner of the dramas and succeeds in conveying its message.

Stay healthy. Where is life?
