The Women’s Volleyball Champions League 2024/2025 is just around the corner.
After a summer that ended with gold medals for the French team in the men’s section and the Italian team in the women’s section of the Paris 2024 Olympic GamesAnd ahead of the World Cup in 2025, it is time to think again about the top continental club competition.
Last season, they were Itas Trentino in men and Imoco Conegliano in women who took the title at the Antalya Superfinals.
The women’s competition will begin on November 6, 2024, and will end on the weekend of May 3-4, 2025.
The three Italian teams that have qualified will be the same as last year: Vero Volley Milano, Savino Del Bene Scandicci and Imoco Conegliano, winners of the Italian Super Cup, the Italian Cup and the local championship last year.
The defending champions, with the arrival of Gabi, are once again among the favourites this year.
Scandicci, for its part, will be able to count on Ekaterina Antropovawhile Milan, in addition to the confirmations of the Italian stars Paola Egonu, Alessia Orro y Myriam Syllahas also incorporated the Italian captain Anna Danesi already Elena Pietriniwho missed the Olympics due to an injury.
