At the start of the general debate at the United Nations on Tuesday, Joe Biden’s last speech of his term in office is expected to be delivered to the UN General Assembly. Schallenberg will give a speech at the UN headquarters. In addition, around ten bilateral meetings are planned until Friday afternoon.
