PTI’s counter attack: Speaker of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa also wrote a letter to Election Commission – Pakistan

The Speaker Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly has written to the Chief Election Commissioner demanding to allot specific seats on the court decision, while on the other hand Speaker Sindh Assembly Owais Qadir Shah has also written a letter to the Election Commission of Pakistan.

It should be noted that regarding the allotment of specific seats yesterday, Speaker National Assembly and Speaker Punjab Assembly have written letters to the Chief Election Commissioner demanding that specific seats be allotted under the amended Election Act.

In this context, Speaker Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly Babar Saleem Swati wrote a letter to Chief Election Commissioner Sikandar Sultan Raja to allocate specific seats.

In a 2-page letter, Speaker Provincial Assembly Babar Saleem Swati said that I am the custodian of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly, so I am writing a letter to allot specific seats in the light of the Supreme Court’s decision.

In the letter, it was said that the Supreme Court has given a decision on the appeal against the decision of the Peshawar High Court. Issued, following the court decision, the party which is entitled to be allotted the reserved seats.
