Rumors that Ivanka Trump has undergone plastic surgery have been circulating for the past few days, after a series of posts he has made on social media.
In fact, plastic surgeons say Donald Trump’s eldest daughter looks almost “too perfect” in the photos she recently shared on Instagram. She, however, has never admitted to cosmetic enhancements, but that hasn’t stopped the rumors from spreading.
Dr. Benjamin Collie, a plastic surgeon based in Chicago, speaking to the Daily Mail referred to a mirror selfie shared by Ivanka this month from Paris, in which she appears in a lilac ensemble.
Her chin and jawline look more defined than ever, likely with the help of fillers, says Dr. Colin. “Volume in the right places can really make a difference. You can widen the lower jaw laterally. You can also extend it backwards. You can make the body of the jaw a little longer,” he says.
In another photo posted in July, Ivanka showed off her new figure wearing a yellow dress. In it, she shows off her almost perfect nose, which has been the envy of thousands of people.
Did Ivanka Trump get a rhinoplasty?
Dr. Darrick Adel, a plastic surgeon based in Manhattan, said: “The tip of her nose looks more refined, but that could have been achieved with a non-surgical rhinoplasty with filler. He probably did it to add balance to the rest of her features.”
Experts also claim that Ivanka has undergone rhinoplasty, possibly more than once, to enhance her profile.
Dr. Joel Kopelman, a facial plastic surgeon based in New York, said: “In some cases, achieving a highly refined nasal shape, such as the ‘ski slope’ nose, may require more than one procedure. Primary rhinoplasty could address structural issues or the overall size of the nose, while a secondary (revision) rhinoplasty could be performed to further improve the apex or adjust the nasal bridge.’
The difference in her chin – fuller and more pronounced
In addition to the nose, Ivanka Trump’s chin has also been the subject of comment since her appearance in November 2023 at her father’s trial in New York. While her chin in 2020 was smaller and looked more tucked into her face, in 2023 and 2024 it is more pronounced.
To augment the chin, doctors cut the skin around the chin bone and stretch it to create a “pocket” where they can place an implant, making the chin longer and more pronounced.
As stated to the Daily Mail by Dr. Kopelman: “There is the possibility of using chin or jaw implants, which can strengthen the structure of the lower face and give a more angular look. I see patients requesting this more often to achieve a sharper, more well-shaped jawline.”
Dr. Adele added: “She had significant volume added to her chin and her lips were enhanced with filler.”
Dr. Steven Falek, a plastic surgeon in New York, added that her cheeks look fuller than before in her Paris photos, which is especially noticeable on the sides of her face towards the outer edges.

Dr Kopelman added: ‘Looking at the example (her last post), I’d say she’s probably had cheek fillers. Her cheeks look fuller than in previous photos, and this fuller look is often the result of well-placed fillers. It’s a subtle way to rejuvenate the face without surgery, and it’s something I often recommend to patients who want to enhance their physical structure.”
A combination of Botox, laser treatments and masterful photo editing also likely played a leading role in achieving her flawless complexion.
Dr Colin stated: “Her frozen face? One hundred percent neurotoxin. Now, that’s actually the goal – to stop movement and prevent wrinkles. But if you overdo it, you’re on unnatural ground. It looks great on TV, but in person? I’m sure it’s a little weird when he tries to express himself.”
