Hannover Motor Show: Azure7 electric bus model to come to Brazil

Presented at the IAA Transportation in Hannover as a robust and efficient model, the new Azure 7 urban bus will start to be sold in Brazil in December.
Widely present in Brazilian cities in 12, 13 and 18 meter versions, the Azure 7, in its 7 meter version, repeats the combination of accessibility, comfort, sustainability, technology and safety.

For Cadu Souza, CEO of TEVX Higer, this is a model that was created to meet the needs of cities in terms of serving citizens with a flexible product with dimensions suitable for service on main and secondary roads. “Urban, compact and robust, it represents practicality for travel on all types of roads in a city. With its modern design and high quality standards, it expands the brand’s range, including in Brazil.”

Azure Capacity 7

With capacity for 40 passengers, the model features a modern design, emphasizing rounded lines and sustainability. It features a large side window that provides, in addition to wide visibility for passengers, natural lighting inside the bus.

Inside, the Azure 7 embodies Higer’s trademark accessible design, with a low, flat and wide floor to meet the needs of unobstructed access and rapid boarding and disembarking. The seating layout can be customized to meet the different needs of different routes.
Equipped with CATL batteries and an integrated electric drive system, the Azure 7 offers enough range to eliminate customer anxiety about small and medium-sized buses.
The model features an independent front suspension equipped with ECAS II, an integrated rear coaxial electric drive axle and a single or double door platform design. This configuration gives the Azure 7 best-in-class handling and stability.
