What is the location like?
The location is located in a 3000mq indoor space, heated and air conditioned depending on the seasons. The events are held even in case of rain/bad weather.
How much is admission and where can I buy tickets?
The ticket costs €5 and can be purchased here or at the entrance on the day of the event. We recommend purchasing the ticket online to avoid queues at the entrance. Children up to 12 years old enter free (with ID) Easy access for the disabled. Dogs are welcome.
How can I pay to purchase inside the East Market event?
Not all exhibitors accept cards or debit cards, but there is an ATM point inside the location where you can withdraw money. In the Food Market area all types of payment are accepted: cash, cards and debit cards.

All orders on Italian soil are shipped with a 24/48H delivery service from the day after purchase and if purchased before 12:30 of the current day, any delays will not be dependent on us, but on the courier we rely on for shipments, BRT SpA, who will take care of communicating the status of your shipment via email or message.

All orders are shipped mainly via BRT SpA / DPD with a complete track and trace system to give you full control of your delivery.
Our goal is to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or Italian public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a tracking number via email or text message to follow your order via the BRT SpA / DPD website.
We assume no responsibility for lost, misplaced or misdelivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect.
We take no responsibility for any missing orders if your parcel tracking shows that the order has been delivered.
We assume no responsibility for any damage to the box or product that occurs during shipping or delivery, in which case it will be your responsibility to open a “delivery with reserve” upon receipt of the package and promptly notify us by email or message, with attached photos, of the damage that the item or object has suffered, we check each product before shipping and package each item and object ad hoc.

RETURN VALIDITY
For a return to be valid, we must receive the returned order at our warehouse within 30 days of delivery. All return conditions must be met in order to receive a refund.
Items not received within the time frame indicated will not be refundable and may incur a return shipping charge. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Returns are at the discretion of our team and all items will be inspected upon return. All items must be unused and in the same condition that they were received; all our items are laundered prior to sale; any item that is not in the same condition as when it was shipped will be refused.
Please send all returns via tracked mail as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items. Eastmarketmilano.com and Learning To Fly SRL will not take responsibility for a return until it has been handed over to our returns department.
- Returned items that were free shipping will have our original delivery charge deducted from the refunded amount.
