Acceleration in the ongoing construction works for the upgrade of Gaddafi Stadium before the Champions Trophy – Sports

The ongoing construction work for the upgradation of Gaddafi Stadium Lahore has accelerated ahead of the ICC Champions Trophy 2025.

Gaddafi Stadium The construction of the stadium’s basement has entered its final phase, while the forests in front of the enclosures have been removed and the excavation of the trench has been completed.

Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board Mohsin Naqvi arrived to review the construction project of the ongoing upgrade at the Gaddafi Stadium and reviewed the ongoing works inside and outside the stadium.

Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board Mohsin Naqvi while inspecting the ongoing development works in enclosures, boxes, trenches and basements and directed to complete each work in the timeline, said that every moment is precious with regard to the upgradation project.

Mohsin Naqvi further said that for the convenience of cricket fans, the digital scoreboard should be installed at a suitable place, lift facility should be provided to the basement, while the completion of the stadiums upgradation project will be ensured before the ICC Champions Trophy.
