Worth it. At the last stop in the junior cup in Vreden, the TV Lemgo trio Bennet Golomski, Malte Meierjürgen, Philipp Ewerbeck, Pauline Wattenberg, Merle Tovote and Lene Meierjürgen once again put in a good performance. All of them competed in the distances of 750m swimming, 20km cycling and 5km running. Except for Bennet, who had to complete half the distance.

After a quick swim split and cycling in the first group, Malte finished the competition in a great 5th place. Philipp came in 8th. Pauline and Merle each finished in fourth place in their age groups.
Bennet Golomski was able to improve his overall ranking to tenth place in the last race, finishing 9th overall. Merle Tovote even won third place in the overall ranking.
Lene Meierjürgen started in the NRW league for the Tri Team Hagen that day. She also had a good competition and reached 7th place with the team in the final standings.
Henrik Ewerbeck started in the Maschsee Triathlon in Hanover over the popular distance and finished in 13th place. “It was a great competition and I am satisfied,” said Henrik.
All athletes were happy about the successful end of the season.
