WhatsApp is the world’s most popular messaging application with more than one and a half billion users sending more than 65 billion messages to each other every day.
In fact WhatsApp has now become a must for people all over the world including Pakistan as this application has replaced the traditional SMS while making audio or video calls on it is not a problem.
But with it, there have been problems like spreading of fake news or rumors through it, while some users continue to disturb others by using it as a marketing tool.
This is the reason why WhatsApp has now decided to ban users who will violate the rules and regulations of this app.
Such users will face a temporary ban which notification will also be sent to them by the company.
Which users may be banned?
WhatsApp has initiated action against users of the app’s third-party apps like WhatsApp Plus and GB WhatsApp, and users using them will face a temporary ban.
Such users will be sent messages asking them to switch back to official WhatsApp or face a permanent ban.
Also, a person who sends too many messages to users who are not included in his contact list may be banned.
Similarly, a user who has been blocked by too many people in a short period of time will also be banned.
Creating multiple groups and adding people in them who are not included in the contact list may also be banned.
