The death of Reda Ismail Al-Laithi is under investigation. He lost his balance and suffered a fractured skull

An investigation by Egyptian security services has revealed details of the accident in which the son of pop singer Ismail Al-Laiti fell to his death from the tenth floor.

According to the investigation, the child’s name is “Rida Ismail”, she is 9 years old, a third-grade student in elementary school, and suffers from “ADHD”.

He lived with his grandmother in an apartment on the tenth floor.

The investigation showed that the child was standing on the “sofa” on the balcony of his grandmother’s house when he lost his balance and fell from the tenth floor, colliding with the air conditioner on the ninth floor, causing his skull to be crushed and he died instantly.

When Brigadier General Mohammed Rabie, head of the North Giza district, received a report from Lieutenant Colonel Yousuf Rashwan, head of the Al-Munira Al-Gharbiyah investigation, about a child falling from the tenth floor, the security forces went to the scene of the accident.

A report on the incident has been drawn up, the child’s body has been shifted to the hospital morgue for prosecution and an investigation has been launched.

Popular artist Hassan Shakoush mourned the death of Ismail Al-Laithi’s son Reda through his Facebook account, saying: “We belong to God and we will return to Him. Reda, the son of the star Ismail Al-Laithi, has passed away. May God have mercy on you, my dear, and grant your family patience.”

It is worth noting that Ismail Al-Laiti, who was born in 1989 in the Imbaba neighborhood of Giza, has participated in several film and television productions, including the films “Jedo Nahnouh”, “Oman, My Friend” and the TV series “Eagle of Upper Egypt” together with the artist Mohammed Ramadan.
